Embody Your language!

This class is about slowing down and sinking into how it feels to dance uniquely you. I bring the space and the prompts; the rest is yours to play with your way. With a background in sensual and embodied movement through pole, as a Steel Heart Dance alumni and a Level 1&2 Xpert Pole Instructor certificate for anatomy and spotting knowledge, and grounded in ecstatic play from capoeira, I will bring a few new moves and lots of encouragement for you to discover something new in yourself. This offering consists of a juicy warm up, simple tricks, the occasional poleplay prompt, and of course, a free dance! Come meet me as you are, and let's play!
